Federal is generally best for living conditions. The reason it sucks is no parole.

County is so so.
State? No idea. Never tried it.
Fede is dependent on the facility.
USP high security sucks until you get a year in then time is time.
Medium security is a little better.
Low security is the best.
Regardless you don’t want to experience it.

1. Breaking NCAA rules does not equate to criminal wrongdoing.
2. A felony is not automatic sentence to federal prison. Federal prison is for federal crimes.

Guessing the final outcome, I sent an email to the LSU AD and asked that it be forwarded to Will. I simply asked if he'd make me a vanity license plate and autograph it.
