For the most part it is a vagina issue. I see more women on their phones, texting or calling, or whatever they are doing, while driving than males. It is illegal to use your phone in my state and yet they are the ones stupid enough to be so obvious when they are on it. At least wait until you are at a stop sign or red light to get on your phone. Or put the phone on speaker phone and put it in your lap, instead of holding the phone up high enough so everyone driving around you can see what you are doing.
