I never realized how important time zones were to watching sporting events until my kid moved to Utah. Mountain time zone is the GOAT for cooking, eating, drinking, and watching football.

Not mad, just think it is definitely an inferior time zone. I can't tell you the last time I've seen the entire Monday night football game, any late night show, etc.
So lame the Nat'l Champ games are on Monday and kick late. Central time zone for the win.
