It really is amazing to me how much insult you budding little fascists take to the presumption of innocence (which is, of course, what I was commenting on from the post that was made WELL BEFORE a verdict was handed down in this case).

And again you obliviously miss the point that the post by auburn2eugene to which I referring in this thread was written shortly after the initial arrest BEFORE ANY TRIAL AND BEFORE ANY EVIDENCE WAS PRESENTED.

What's really stupid is the lack of ability to read for comprehension or in context. No. The real stupidity is no realizing that this is a message board. It is all about opinion. Doubt there was ever any consideration of creating the jury pool here.

I’m honestly a little shocked at how volatile this thread became. We should be happy this driver and his cohort are getting taken off the streets and hope the girl that was 18 at the time can recover and live a normal life after this.
