Nope. I get it. Like I told my son. Everyone speeds. Only the ones that get caught get punished. We got caught, granted because of a POS human being. Now say the punishment is too tough and I'd agree. No need to give a 2 year prison term for going 12 over.
So yeah, angry about the crazy arse chick and angry with the NCAA for being so corrupt.
I have just as much anger for the dumb sons of bitches who thought this crackhead was fit to be a tutor and allowed her anywhere near any student, much less athletes.
I also have just as much anger at the athletes for being dumb, lazy pieces of shite for not simply taking classes.

Any supervisor who evaluated her as fit for continued employment should probably be let go.

I get and agree with the punishment don't fit the crime angle.
I don't get the everyone else is doing it so it's ok angle.
I also don't get the this is all the crazy POS tutors fault without lumping the players in with her.
All not a big deal. End of the day, no way the punishment fits.

Agree with Reedus...another black eye for MIZ...the fact that it happened speaks to the overall ineptitude in all things Mizzou. As all of this was ongoing, MIZ sought and received 10's of millions of dollars in donations for SEZ project, we recruited countless student athlete I'm sure with no mention of pending NCAA investigations...this is an embarrassment to Mizzou. Go back to the day when we had people like Norm, people with sack to speak out...hell Cuonzo can't even put a little heat on refs during a game. Sterk needs to step up BIG time here...and I mean both ways, call out the not only the NCAA, but also relieve anyone and everyone remotely connected to this within the university (what we did not do during the strike)...but more than likely just a matter of time before he jumps ship elsewhere.

Dude I wasn’t even alive hardly but I know norm had a whole season vacated no he was no saint it’s not as black and white as you want to make it. I think everyone associated with the university thought this was nothing and why wouldn’t they? The NCAA literally did nothing to a school with 18 years of academic fraud.

Reedus what the problem people have with the tutor is she new the rules. She had been a tutor for a few years and was bad at her job. Kumar was confronted and told if you don’t start helping these students pass you will be fired. Instead of actually helping them she started doing their work to keep her job.
Yes the athletes cheated, but how I understand it is she was the one who pushed them to cheat instead of doing her job.
Yes the athletes and teams should be punished.
It’s not just Mizzou fans that believe the punishment is to harsh. It’s everyone that has read or heard about the story.
The only reason I think we have a chance at the appeals process is the SEC is standing behind Mizzou. Help from the SEC should make a huge difference.

Oh don't get me wrong. I have a huge problem with her, not just in regards to this incident but as a person in general. All of the anger directed to her is well justified. I'm just a bit surprised that I don't see the same anger being aimed at the players. Hell, they're more at fault than her. She could have offered or tried and they still could have refused.
An I've always agreed that the punishment does not fit the crime.
