Hold for me. Not shouting from the rooftops, but not screaming to burn everything down either. Like that the transition for Matt should be fairly smooth. It's a safe hire. I'm more concerned about them bringing in a game manager to help Quinn because it's obvious he needs one.

If Quinn misses the playoffs next year he has to go right? I don't think I am being unreasonable with that.

Gone if this team keeps playing as undisciplined as it has the last 2 years. Injuries are an excuse...stupid penalties are not.

I'd fire him the moment I saw his stupid arse prevent defense late in a one score game next season

I'm hoping Mularkey will also help serve as some sort of checks & balances assistant as well for in-game decisions.

I'm hearing through the grapevine that Dan Reeves and June Jones are coming on board as run game and pass game analysts/advisors and Jerry Glanville will be the new ST Coordinator.

Yes he's gone. Unacceptable with the talent and payroll.

Ben Kotwica hired as Special Teams coordinator. Don't know anything about him.

Between this and having 3 former NFL head coaches on his staff, there are really no excuses next year unless Ryan pulls a Vick and kills a bunch of cats or something.

Agreed, the last two seasons we have been an undisciplined, frankly dumb team. No excuses next year both from a player and coaching standpoint.
