How much do we want him? He was highly rated out of HS but UT’s OL was just as bad as ours.

He played RT for Tennessee this past season... is he better than Driscoll, who’s been in the system a year?... probably not.

Tenn fans are saying he was bad.. lots of false starts and holding penalties and was most likely going to get beat out by one of their incoming freshman. I suppose he would help out depth in case someone gets hurt, but I don't think we would see the field otherwise.

It looks like he’s a grad transfer. I don’t see the staff taking a grad transfer tackle with Tega coming back. Any transfer we take at tackle is likely going to be an undergrad that will sit 2019 & be ready to go in 2020 when Tega & Driscoll graduate. Another interesting nugget from Caldwell on Scout & connecteds on The Bunker is given all the depth on the DL with all our DL coming back it looks like the staff is giving serious interest to moving DL Alec Jackson to OT.

Call me crazy but with plenty of room and a bad situation at tackle I would love to bring in a talented guy with SEC experience and one year to prove himself for the next level and see if we can strike gold. Especially when the other option is 71 who at the very best is below average

He’s not transferring as a starter to be a backup anywhere

If he has any ability and confidence whatsoever there's no way he is afraid of Driscoll.
