Alabama fan friend of mine is giving me 7.5 points on a $100 bet...only concern is Lawrence...not sure how well he will perform.

Better than Bryant, probably not as much as Watson (who had 2 and 3 years of experience) and probably not well enough to win.

You will win that bet. The winner of this game wins by a one possession score. The only thing that may hurt you is if it goes to a third OT and Bama is forced to go for two for a win and ends up winning by 8. But that’s highly unlikely. I’d take that bet all day with Clemson +7.5.
