SEC East Run Through Gainesville?

Lets look at the east shall we ? UK will be our first test and its in Lexvegas. They lost some defensive talent but Stoops is a good coach...tough game. I think UF will still be smarting over the up set in 2018 an go up there with chips on shoulders...we win with defense and lots of speed on offense.
UT in the Swamp, UT might be a little improved....but in the Swamp against a hungry reptile? Naw.
AU in the Swamp, they lost their QB and best WR declared for draft today. They still don't have run game and we catch em at the best time.
Vandy lost Shumur and probably will struggle a lot on offense and try to win with run game and defense. Expect them to take small step back.
LSU at red stick will be tough and a lot will depend on our new OL. Our defense will keep us in it but if we cant sustain drives the defense will wear down.
UGA another tough matchup...they face A&M this year as part of rotation. Can our OL keep us in it? If the OL is gelling by then we may be able to upset them.
Mizzou lost Drew Lock and talent aplenty...even on the road we may get revenge.
USC another road game and although Bentley is back...his arm strength is average....and Cocks did not possess much firepower other than Deebo and Edwards (didn't he declare for draft along with Deebo?)
Girls school, enough said in the Swamp. Miamuh in mickeyland ditto.

Without Drew Lock? Can their transfer QB play right away?

Their transfer qb is eligible immediately.

QB or no...they lose some players:
Terry Beckner DL, Paul Adams DL, Anderson, DE, Rashad Brandon DT, Terez Hall DB, punter, TE to name most.

They've destroyed us on the LOS for 2 straight years, on both sides.
Bryant isn't exactly a bad QB, and he has way more athleticism than Lock. Its also the last SEC game on the road in November.

Kentucky - Win. No Snell, this year was a fluke of nature.
Tennessee - Win. Their offensive line is still garbage.
Auburn - Win. I'd be really worried if it was @Jordan-Hare.
LSU - 50/50. Going to be a very tough game.
USCjr. - Win. Muschamp's wheels are coming off.
UGA - Win. I think their offense sputters this year.
Vandy - Win. It's Vandy.
Mizzou - 50/50. Have to see the product first. Complete mystery.
6 - 2 at worst.
8 - 0 at best.

UGA still has more talent. We have the better coach IMO.
Depends on Franks development, and hopefully we'll have a HEALTHY secondary this time around.

I think with Georgia it's more that they just don't have a creative offense. They lost:
Elijah Holyfield: Easily their best back by the end of the year, ran heavy, ran angry, was nearly impossible to bring down in the Texas game.
Mecole Hardman: Their best creative receiver, who could line-up anywhere and always seemed ready for a huge play to take over. This one was a doozy.
Riley Ridley: Easily their best true receiver and really, this one will probably hurt the most for their vertical threat. Also a massive playmaker.
Isaac Nauta: Killed us worse than any of those players this year. We couldn't cover him. Now he's not going to play for them and...
Luke Ford: Practically Nauta's goddamn twin. Nearly a 5-star, 6'6'', 252 pounds (now bigger) and practically a TE pedigree to get to the NFL.
Justin Fields: Why does it matter? Having so few scholarship QBs means that Fromm can't scramble and run first almost ever. It limits their offense, because if he's hurt they have no one behind him.
I think Georgia takes a massive step backwards with their offense this year. Not saying they're not talented, but Kirby isn't an offensive mastermind, nor is Chaney.
Talent is great unless you don't know how to be creative with it. We've had a Blue-Chip injection and a ton of talent is returning next year. I really like our chances against Georgia.

I kinda agree with UGA and feel we are going to overtake them. They just lost a shitload and Swift wasn't swift against UT in Sugar Bowl...their OL took a dump. I do think there are problems in the locker room with regular guys jealous of the elite 5 stars getting $$$ and it can affect how they play. Greed can do a lot of damage.
Mizzou is going to be a question mark. We are due to kick their royal arse.

I think we beat Mizzou this year. I believe the UGA game hurt our guys and it carried over into the Mizz game this past season.

Yea I'm feeling the taking over Georgia IF the QB play is near Florida level that we haven't had in awhile. Frank's last four games are a good sign of progress...but unless he massively improves I want Jones in behind center. He has a strong arm, is more accurate from high school tape in long and mid throws. Also is quicker. Kind of ready to see him go next year.

I believe if Mullen got the #10 class every year and Kirby got the #1 class every year for the next 4 years, Mullen wins that matchup 3/4 times becuase he is the better gameday coach.

The game this year was close till the end. We execute better on offense and we can hang with UGA. Mullen is one of the best play callers in CFB, and when he's on, look out.

We have to recruit beef on the DL and more pass rushers, this year was a priority for the OL..we need to balance them so we aren't trying to catch up with one or the other.
Im hoping Gouriage is the real deal.

May be time to upgrade Sal.. He hasnt gotten it done on the DL recruiting wise and thats the one area on the team that hasnt improved under this staff.

Bryant is more of a runner imo. Lock beat us by making outstanding passes on time.

Finch, they lost (Mizzou) games when Emmanual (sp) Hall didn't play...Lock was lost without him...he was their best WR and whoever is QB in 2019 will find second and third tier type WRs to threw to.
