I attended Stanford’s graduation last year and was treated to a fifteen minute speech from a member of their baseball team discussing his journey realizing his toxic masculinity and the harm he has caused by being male. It was hilarious. I got a lot of looks for laughing.

That’s the mentality that is destroying football out west.

Boulder is pretty damn liberal.

Salon seems to think the whole state is.

They're right.

Football represents everything the progressives hate. At its core, it's a metaphor for war. Brutal physical contact, trying to take the enemy's territory by force. The far left hates that shite.

Revisionist history! The western US was never and is not a football hot bed. Liberal, wacko, whatever, it doesn't matter.

Since 1936, a Pac-whatever has been the AP #1 JUST FIVE TIMES!!!!

These five times were ALL USC. Let that sink in.

Don't be surprised to see AZ, ASU and Utah in the Big 12 during the next realignment. Pac 12 is dead.

Denver used to be Fort Worth with mountains. Now it's another Portland.

How do you define "West"?

Out of the 52 Super Bowls, the following "West" teams have won the Super Bowl:

San Francisco - 5
Denver - 3
Oakland - 3
Seattle - 1

That's 12 out of 52, or nearly 25%.

The Southwest, by comparison, has 5
The Midwest has 8
The Northeast has 23
The "South" has 4

Be nice if Auburn would go out there a get a good coach.

How did Missouri get their head coach? Never been a head coach before and he is getting better at coaching and so forth the following year.

LSU has a far better football history than Colorado...
LSU is top 10 or 12 all time, Colorado is top 40 or 50. They're not in the same universe.

What some really hate is that football makes very clear the distinction, the very great physical differences, between men and women. Differences that can never be bridged or even reduced except in the fantasy of the mind or the entertainment industry.
