For a few years the AD has been vocal. He made threats of physical harm. He helped create a culture that saw players beating the shite out of people off the field. Taking drugs and jumping out of windows.
They kept allowing it. No punishment... just let it go.
Ross is still at it today. He shouted threatening words towards MsSt Ad. The arse Ad went after MsSt players.
Tell us ole miss. Did your players piss on the Ms St field? Did you plant your flag at the 50?
Yeah you did. Never once did you see the AD at Ms St take to the field to call out players... picking fights.
The culture created by Bjork, Thompson, and the staff of Freeze is toxic. Something needs to be done before something happens.

No one cared as long as the money was piling into Oxford. The new property condos, restaurant and hotel industry, national recognition, merchandise sales, etc.
With the collapse, those behind the scenes who have their monies tied up in a program that took a 180 nose dive, will make the moves.

Sadly it’s not just limited to the athletic program. The whole place is in shambles. The state should dissolve it and give USM the Med school and farm out the rest to the other schools.
