Just outside of Bardstown and passing that random Christmas tree.

In other news it looks like they will be "downsizing" Rupp by about 4,000 seats.

I figured it would lose seats but not that much. Was shocked when I saw that.

Back when Rick was there they wanted a new one on camps and the plans I saw said 18,000 seats if I remember correctly.

While I appreciate MB has improved sports across UK's spectrum, in the long term using the "downsize" method popularized by pro sports it will not create the next generation of fans needed to fill the smaller venues.

Too bad. Maybe if theyd let people who would go to every game have tickets it wouldn't be as big of a problem

In my generation that was the case but lately it is all about the money. While I get this part, they just blow the money and need more the next year instead of spending it wisely. You kill the next generation of fans and it will crate a huge hole in attendance as there olde folks die off and they are replaced by corporations and not fans.

Looks like they have 2 now

How you doing Cobb?

Family member got accepted to WF but did not go, wound up in the SEC instead, but in this case WF was the better school. I get kids want to be near friends but forging new friends at a very strong academic school is the better long term career choice.

They said they were pointing to a career in law and I think I remember you saying WF was a good school for this choice.
