His X's and O's aren't great either.

He's a rah rah dude that needs a good offensive coordinator for it to work for him and honestly...to call plays defensively himself.
Outside of identifying talent and his work coaching on the defense, he's not a good coach in any way at all.

Sark was a genius last week, yall were going to the SB.
Defense gave up long drives, they held in the red zone , but the Egals seemed like they had the ball the whole 2nd half.
