Don't do this Tuberville.

Two words: Donald Trump

Y'all say he isn't even qualified to run an athletic department, much less be governor of a state. How the frick can anybody endorse this?

As ridiculous as this is, I'm still going to give you six reasons why, even if he tried, he wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell:

This is just stupid.. State Senator or legislature, OK.

What makes him qualified? Does he really want his family life exposed?

Yeah, I have no desire to see one of my favorite coaches either buried in or slinging mud.

Qualifications are irrelevant. The ability to trick dumb people into voting for you is what gets you elected.

He did tell that fan at Cincy to get a job. So he's pro-work.

I would vote for Tubs like a mofo.

But sadly Barkley won't be eligible to run for a while :( You have to be a resident of Alabama for 7 years. He lives in Arizona and doesnt own a place in Alabama. He said about a decade ago he was looking for a house in Alabama and was going to run in 2014 but I don't think he ever even got around to buying a house.

"CHOP BLOCK THE DEMOCRATS!"

Getting elected isn't the end game. What happens in office is just as critical as the election so your point is lost on me.

Best political slogan ever.

But he'd lose by 40 or 50 points.
