Hording recruits: How to do it.

The way big time recruiting is now you have to make a big impression earlier and earlier. When we get our slush fund together I propose starting a prep school in Hawaii. Give scholarships to the top 200 kids every year. Deny opposing coaches access, limit their Internet access, and grease palms all day long for years.

Hiring H.S. coaches of star recruits to steer them works pretty well. It seems to be in vogue.
