By about 2005. Keith Jackson had even less of an idea of WTF was going on than Verne does now.

You know after watching a bunch of old games I don't think kieth Jackson had been all their for a long time, him and dan fouts were terrible together, terrible. Even him and Grisese kind of suxed, him and Frank Broyles were great.. Tell you the truth bring back Ron Franklin for this game, I bet he can still call a better game then anyone else, alive today in college football...
I don't mind Verne really, the more I think of Brando replacing him, the more I like Verne, Verne may gets some names wrong and is a little hyper at times, at least he is not a complete blowhard... JMO...
