Objectively , LSU’s road schedule hasn’t been much this year. The swamp is hostile and they had it rocking the night we played the Gators. Unfortunately , Florida just isn’t a good team despite beating Utah early in the season. Arkansas is mediocre. Auburn is bad. A&M is bad. We got lucky catching Alabama and OM at home this year. In my opinion , there are no quality teams this year. Georgia should absolutely be crushing teams with all of that talent. Kirby coaches down to his opponent with his Les Miles style of play calling. They may win it all, but won’t do so in an impressive fashion.

Yep. It's been pretty reliable so far.

Why have conferences or a regular season with this “methodology”.

I just want the best 4. Don't care what conference they come from.

If Tennessee, Georgia, LSU or Bama were to play TCU, which team would not be favored to win in each of those matchups?

Yep, TCU.

Looks like the joke of what got Bama in the 2011 BCS title game.

Amazing how nothing changes in all this time.

Big XII isn’t great but is stronger than people give it credit for. Hell, their 4th place team nearly beat Bama with Bryce Young.

I would personally love for Georgia and TCU to make it in. I am curious about TCU and exactly how good they are. They intrigue me.

The playoffs were the greatest thing since sliced bread when Tennessee fans thought they would be going. Now that they eliminated themselves with not one but two bad losses it is subjective and the methodology is flawed.

This X1000%. People get too hung up on making things fair by representing all the conferences and their champions. I don't care if they are conference champions or not. Give me the best 4 teams.

Who wants to have another blowout of ND, Oklahoma, Michigan or OSU? If thye have a great team? Good. Put them in. If they are not very good, don't put them in based upon name recognition.

Base upon what, exactly?

So, do we take first games at face value, or not?

LSU knows they aren’t going to win the SEC or make the playoffs. That’s why they constantly try to belittle Georgia

Gatoronanisland is a Longhorn fan

So no one should be shocked he’s on his knees for TCU right now, insert OU and he’d be doing the same

If I were gonna belittle UGA, I'd say something snarky like Perkins will stomp a mudhole in Jake Fromm.

Michigan’s schedule is shite. What a surprise

Michigan has the worst schedule of all 4 and they canceled a game against UCLA because they were scared.

TCU would be number 1 if their margin of victory vs top ranked teams was similar to Georgia’s.
