I don’t see an impact on the program but always hate to see someone leave. Hope it works out.

Wish he would’ve been given a bigger opportunity here but I understand why he didn’t. Hope he goes and lights it up at a non sec team.

From what i can tell he handled everything professionally and with class. He has the potential to be a good qb. I wish him the best

I don't see how keeping a decent backup QB will be possible with the transfer portal.

It won't be possible. Everyone is gonna have to rely on a solid starter and hope nothing goes wrong.

Ironically, he would be a great fit for State wouldn't he. Much like Rogers he is - not too much of a runner, not a really strong down the field arm but accurate on shorter stuff. Good enough to beat our arse a few days ago.

Sucks for Luke. Glad he will go get a shot somewhere else. I think Altmyer should have been the starter this year.
