I am sure most programs have some seats available for sale going into the season. Not sure it matters who you buy them from. If SCar is getting a good deal out of it, good for them.

The Costco website only has Rutgers $99, Fresno State $79 and Louisville $69 listed.

Yep according to this USA Today article it's just Louisville, Rutgers, South Carolina and Fresno State.
