Ohio State is in the playoffs after beating 2 ranked teams all year. They didn't play a single top 10 opponent, and 1 of the ranked teams wasn't even in their conference. They could've easily gone a whole season with #15 Michigan being the only ranked opponent.
Indiana is in the playoffs after beating 1 ranked team all year (Oregon)
Oregon is in the playoffs after going 1-1 vs. the 2 ranked teams they play all year.
This is so completely insane.
Meanwhile Alabama went 3-1 vs. their ranked opponents, including a win on the road vs. a top 5 team, and there's a question about if they should be ranked in the top 12.

FSU loss is killing us. You have to win those games. Ohio State and Indiana beat the 5-6 teams they faced they didn’t lose to them. That’s the difference which people seem to not be able to understand. No matter how bad the opponent is you have to beat them. Bama did not.

Wrong. You have to not schedule those games.
I hope we never play a P5 OOC game again in the regular season. It's absolutely stupid at this point.
The committee has proven time and time again they will reward easy schedules, because the loss column is all that matters.

No.... a joke is LSU's offense. If the TE coach is just going to regurgitate Sloan's play calling, they should have just left Sloan in place till the end of the season.

I agree with this 110%. The SEC should've never caved and went to a 9 game conference schedule. The ranking was never going to be about strength of schedule, or putting the best teams in. That was a scam.

Not trying to troll the SEC fan base but your conference just got owned by the ACC this weekend and UGA looked mediocre against an opponent without a single 5 star on the roster. Just saying.

Well 2019 LSU logic means they beat a top ranked Texas team plus two top 15 teams. You post this shite as if they aren't a worthy team of a 12 team playoff.

Beat FSU and none of these even matters, if they win tonight, they could easily absorb an SEC title loss and still be in.

Yes, you are trying to troll the SEC fan base, but it's a poor effort. Two bottom half SEC teams lose to the upper tier of the ACC and you're trying to justify that as our strength of conference. As of now, the ACC is 4-5 against the SEC, this year.

I agree, but they won the last two so the SEC has to take that back this year. I don’t care who it is but someone has to take it.
