No matter how good they are or how good they potentially could be, they can’t seem to rise to the occasion to take the next step. It’s almost genetic or destiny at this point.

We've already taken the next step.

Are you high? The team is in the playoffs already

It’s a loss, a bitter loss, but it isn’t defining this season yet.

we took a loss. I guess that dropped us down to Alabama levels.

By virtue of your Charmin soft schedule. You hadn't played a decent opponent since Week 3 and it showed. Your best win was against a good (not great) Notre Dame squad by a single point. The average number of wins the remainder of the opponents on your schedule had achieved was 4.6.

Because BAMA has never lost to Auburn and then still had a great season. Your analysis is lacking self awareness.

So A&M is not 11-1?

OP is correct. Aggy always gonna aggy. Look up 1992 when they were undefeated going in the bowl games. They were undefeated because the hardest game was against Stanford in the regular season. Then they got blown out by a good team in the Cotton Bowl.

Bringing Bama into this is dumb. What’s Bama’s record vs Aub compared to Aggies vs Tx? And how many conference and NC titles have Bama won in 100 years compared to Aggies?

Maybe Bama needs to tell the league office to change the A&M schedule?

Last I looked they still have a chance. Rest up, address your weaknesses against Texas so they don’t happen again, and advance.

Why would we do that? You're going to be a W for whoever plays you in the CFP.

Look we didn’t play well. It happens. But they look at the entire season. Our season is not defined by a single game. One of us is going to play in the playoffs for certain and the other probably isn’t.

Maybe, we’ll see. They won 11 of 12 regular season games. We’ll tip our hat to Sark and the Texas team for winning last night and for out coaching Elko. Y’all better hope you don’t get A&M with a healthy Moss at RB in the playoff.
