If Alabama fans give DeBoer enough time he will make UA a consistent national contender.
A few teams haven’t gotten the memo yet but spending tens of millions if dollars to fire coaches, tens of millions to hire new coaches, and tens of millions every year to buy players is an untenable model in this pay for play era. If you have a good coach, give him some time.
Edit to add that Napier was never going to work at UF.

I tend to agree that Saban wasn't quite the conventional disciplinarian people want to believe he was, but whatever he DID do to connect with them really seemed to work. However he did it.
On the other hand, DeBoer is doing the right thing. A new type of chief is running stuff, now.

It's not like he caused a deadly accident, fired off some rounds during a domestic, when bond says he can't legally be armed, then proceed onto a high-speed chase. I've seen many here defend that, so kindly shut the frick up
