If this happened at any of LSU’s rivals, they’d be laughing at the incompetence. Instead they’re spreading the false hope that this won’t turn into a disaster.

Definitely not a good look for attracting top coaches... calling out the AD publicly like that was a terrible idea.

Kelly did less with more.
Maybe getting a young up and coming coach who is willing to settle for a reasonable contract might produce better results.

The governor is a little Napoleon. He is ULL and Loyola Law School graduate. He talks about the hire and says the tax payers get left with the bill. Somebody needs to tell Little Napoleon that no taxpayers footed anything. This is someone using LSU football to gain political points. Nothing more and nothing less.
