What if A&M, Miami and ND were all very underrated all year and just had to play each other early.

What are the chances we end up with all three of these teams in the national semi finals? Maybe with Bama too?

Everyone is crowning the Big10 but what if they are just aren’t quite as good as their billing?

Texas has won 7 of its last 8 games at Kyle Field.

You’ll have to fill me in on how this is relevant.

1. A&M will make the playoffs even if they lose to Texas most likely. Even if Missouri beats them and Texas does too, they would still make the playoffs.

2. Aggies play in Austin. So how is your record at Kyle relevant? Congrats? It’s great to be Texas? Okay. Sure.

3. Number 1 won’t happen. If you legitimately think there’s any team that can beat this A&M team I can’t help you. I mean sure, it’s possible but it’s certainly not likely that the horns win. You won’t be favored by Vegas. Even at home. If A&M is laying 42 in Death Valley they will be scoring at least 35 in Austin. And no, that’s not a win for you in all likelihood. But maybe it will happen. But I doubt it.

Now answer the damn question.

The subject line may have the word Texas in it (in addition to the negative clause), but OP’s thread post did not.

Logically is “NOT Texas” still about Texas. I mean this post doesn’t have Texas in it, so it’s NOT about Texas.

It’s also NOT about pineapples.

Thank you for making this a Texas thread. I’m sure other fanbases are face-palming.

But you didn’t post the “not pineapples” disclaimer.

And here we are, talking about Texas.

Hell if I know. I wish Aggie all the success that you achieve. I wish hellfire on the U. Notre Dame, I don’t care.

Basically all I focus on is Texas. Sorry

Sneezy I applaud your application of your standard outside of the box thinking towards a thought provoking topic.

However one wrench in your equation I see is Miami's loss to Louisville. If we're going to compound and extrapolate then we have to include Louisville in this topic and then by association Virginia.. and so on.

It gets real slippery real fast but maybe we can hand wave it away and just say Miami had an off week.

You like most Aggys are in your yearly delusional state. You have a good team this year but are not the best by a long shot. You will make the playoffs but will not win.

I hate to tell you, but this could be the reason Texas beats A&M this year.

Not the worst odds but not a parlay I’m willing to make a bat on happening.

ND probably peaks late because of QB play improves and a feel for what works with the QB.

If Marcel continues to make steps forward, A&M may peak late.

Miami I don’t watch enough of but Carson Beck can go off at any moment or blow up at any moment.

Out of those three teams I like A&M the most. Trying to guard KC and Mario at the same time is going to be an extremely large task for any team. Best bet is to try to beat the veteran OL and get pressure on Marcel but he’s a competitor.

Hope that answers your question
