Is LSU trying to take a page out of the Auburn playbook to railroad their coach on buyout?

As you all remember, Auburn tried to slander Harsin that he had a morality problem so they could get him with cause. LSU may be trying the exact same thing according to this report. Seems pretty dirty to slander someone all because the AD has no clue what he's doing and screwed up the hire/contract.

Lol, what a bad look for Louisiana State. What established coach is going to want to go there if the university is going to try to weasel its way out of a buyout?

Pay the man just like how yall paid Orgeron $17M and be done with it.

He killed a kid, but that was before he signed the contract at LSU.

Maybe he confessed to killing the kid while under the influence while humping the governor's wife while in the Men's locker room.

so you're saying that guys with potential moral issues might not want to apply for the job?

Dude had an affair with the realtor that sold him and his wife their house. LSU mentioned that they knew about it and Kelly begged to take less money.

using the "Morality Clause" definitely means Joey Freshwater is off the table....

I saw several LSU posters bragging about how loaded their boosters are but, now they are trying lowball Kelly and not honor their contract agreement. Hmmm..

So, have these "established" coaches negotiate a better contract. one that doesn't require him to be moral. Problem solved

If BK banged a real estate agent, that's been a rumor since like early 2023. He got fired because of the on the field product. Using a nearly 3 year old rumor in an attempt to reduce his buyout after the fact is shady as frick.

Oh I don't give a frick. I hope this thing turns into a long drawn out mess. Every coach you've had has been a downgrade from Saban onwards.

If yall want to try to jew the guy out of half his $ because of a 3 year old rumor, I'm all for the shitshow. Maybe yall can hire UNT's HC or something.
