Arch is 100% starting the RRS. Should he be? Probably not, but Sark would never pull that plug.

I read that Kirk Herbstreit said they probably should give Caldwell the next start. But then the discussion was that NIL and Portal etc may prevent that.

Texas doesn't need a good QB. Just an average QB would be nice.
I'm not sure how much Texas Longhorn football you have watched this season, but a QB who can consistently throw a catchable ball to a wide open receiver who is standing still would be a massive upgrade. Any QB without the yips would make a big difference.

Let me get this straight, a talking head paid to get and keep your attention on topics and make them as salacious as possible said the backup "should" play but that he wont due to NIL and other reasons and as the OP your post is "Is Arch playing in the RRSO??"
