To my fellow SEC-brethren, a quick question.

When you’re at the game, and the game goes to replay, do they paying patrons of your stadium get to see replays in stadium? Or do your screens go blank and just show some BS/the school logo?

I believe there were there were 3 replay reviews on Saturday, we were shown stuff on the big boards for only one.

And it legit looked like they were using a screen recording from a desktop, only taking up half the screen.

Replay.

I thought it was just common nowadays. Who still does not?

LSU. It’s quite frequent and frustrating. It’s one of the things that makes people want to stay home instead and watch on TV… instead of trying to text people for answers, from a stadium where you hardly get service.

Years ago, I always thought it was for the protection of the refs/umpires (baseball), ie. so the fans didn’t riot or something when the board showed the refs clearly got it wrong. We’ve seemed to move past that thinking however.

Why do you feel LSU is stingy and sporadic on in-stadium replays?

Was at Neyland. No replays shown of winning TD review.

I haven't been to a game this year yet because of life but Ole Miss typically replays most plays. Then they will throw in the occasional insurance/lawyer/automobile company advertisement.

Interesting. I was wondering why homegirl looked so shocked when ref announced it.
