Alabama still won the SEC championship both those seasons. Perhaps ole miss should make banners about beating us then flopping.

Well, we know that loss set Texas back over a decade while they unsuccessfully tried to steal Nick Saban, leading them to ultimately hire one of his disciples instead.

Spurrier I think went 3-1 against Saban. Beat him his last 2 years at UF and then split the 2 games while at SC. Zook had the upset win over him in LSUs 2003 championship season after Spurrier was gone. UF hasn't done anything against Bama since that 08 win with Tebow though.
