Reasons SC could be selected over Bama/OM

1. Win streak. 5 in a row with an opportunity for 6.
2. Last game against a ranked opponent. Recency bias is real. If we beat Clemson, that Carries more weight than state or Auburn wins
3. LSU game… it was rigged… but also, sellers didn’t play the second half. LSU didn’t beat sellers.
4. LaHeisman… he’s had a better November than any QB in cfb. He’s playing at a much higher level than Milroe right now. I’ll give dart the edge on the season clearly. He will be considered a top 10 QB going into next season.
5. Better losses. Yeah I know we lost the h2h against these teams, but we haven’t lost to a bad team. Bama and OM just did. OM lost to two bad teams.

The Bama game was close enough that I could see the committee putting us over Alabama, if it weren’t Alabama

You won't get in over Bama because they own the head to head and more importantly even they still are at least one more bad season away from the Bama name carrying enough weight to keep them as CFB's current it brand.
Deboer is doing a heck of a job destroying that brand recognition as quickly as he can though.

Save yourself the worry. No 3 loss team not named Bama is getting in. Period. End of story. You know it. Hell, we all know it. The committee and ESPN will make up any bullshite criteria they need to.
