Mark Richt went 12-1 and won the SEC in his second year as an HC.
Bob Stoops won the BCSCG in his second year as an HC.
Both of those guys ended up having pretty successful careers. Smart may do the same. No reason to be embarrassed by losing to a young HC.
But since it appears you're just looking for yet another reason to be pissed at Gustav, carry on.
