That '98-99 season was an absolute blast, and this team has a lot of similar characteristics. Would be awesome to get to 20-1.

I was in high school then and I remember that season so vividly! Seeing Beard Eves Coliseum rocking like that was awesome!

98-99 29-4 came unexpectedly after a 16-14 season

We also will have home crowd environment for the Hump with our fan bus

So Arkansas/Ole Miss seems to have had a ton of success just tipping rebounds out of the post vs AU. Balls that we'd normally come down w/ 1on1 earlier this year, we are now having tipped out of the post

I bet there will be 100 or so AU fans there Saturday. Maybe more. With it being a 2:30 tip it's easy to drive there and back

I forgot about that gif. That was so amazing. ETA: Its so hilarious the UGA team just welcomed him in with no issues. Went about their business like it was nothing.

msu is pretty good, right? only losses @ ole miss (obviously rivalry game) and cincy (top 25 team)
these next 3 will tell A LOT imo. all three could beat us if we play like last night. If we play like we did vs ut and arky, we go 3-0.

They've played only three teams with a pulse, Arkansas, Cincy & Ole Miss and are 1-2 with their lone win vs Arkansas being a late comeback because Arky can't shoot FTs

Luck? What was lucky? Played a crummy first half and totally dominated the second half by adjusting our style of play with the 3s not falling.

We definitely had some luck.. now, I don't know if luck swung the game.. but we were gifted some luck. They missed a ton of easy shots. We missed some too but still. We did play great defensively in the 2H.
Not to mention an injury, an illness, and a phantom 4th foul call on Bruce Stephens who was hurting us.
