If our team didn’t have any motivation, maybe this will motivate them to shut this kid up. Really this kid probably just did us a favor.

Here's the quote since the OP is a lazy bum
quote:
UCF running back Adrian Killins is not afraid of Auburn. In fact, he thinks the Tigers should be afraid to play the only undefeated team in the country.
"SEC football, they don't have a lot of speed, honestly," Killins told Shannon Green of the Orlando Sentinel. "So, Auburn hasn't seen any speed like we have here, so I would say they're in for a rude awakening."

I don't believe in bulletin board material in most cases, but when there is such a serious risk that this bowl is a letdown for a lot of our players, I want to believe in it now.

How many Auburn players are going to be motivated by this bulletin board material?

We are going to beat them. And it is going to be ugly

The funniest thing is he's all high and mighty for beating Memphis twice, Maryland, and USF

He's fast, for sure. But, Sensei, Trigga, Carlton and all dem kind of like hitting folks.

UCF has faced one top 50 defense (that I saw). South Florida (28th).
Other defenses they faced - FIU (82nd), Maryland (86th). Memphis (120th), Cincy 93rd), temple (63rd), uconn (126th).
No wonder he thinks they’re so “fast”.

quote:South FL is actually #12 in yards per play allowed at 4.72 (for reference, AU is #9 with 4.58). But their stats were skewed by playing only one other offenses besides UCF in the top 50 (#39 Houston).

Meanwhile, UCF's defense is ranked #81 in yards per play, giving up an average of 5.83, despite playing the same sorry lot of opponents that USF did, outside of #4 Memphis, who averaged an eye-popping 8.46(!) yards per snap in the AAC Championship.
In fact, in the Knights last two contests against USF and Memphis, they have given up over 1400 yards and 97 points. Maybe Killins is using his own team's defense as a yardstick for what's "fast".

This. It's funny how they think Memphis has set them up for big boy football.
