Auburn fans travel extremely well for games.

I was at the SEC Championship game and NC game in Pasadena. We out numbered Mizzou 85/15 it seemed and it was around 65/35 at the Rose Bowl for all the marbles.

UGA has had a few weeks jump on us, but I could see them selling their tickets and just watch it at home locally with friends.

Also, both Birmingham and Auburn are only around 2 hours away!!

Let do this!

Wow.

Hopefully Gusto already being there can calm the team and let them settle at the dinner table and eat like we have the past few weeks

UGA had 3 weeks to buy tickets, we had a few days. I'm expecting around an 70/30 split

I would bet that Auburn damn near outnumbers UGA for alumni in Atlanta. At one time, Atlanta was one of the highest concentrations of Auburn Alumni and had one of the highest endowments for a local club in the country. Auburn will represent well and coming off two big wins, fans will buy a lot of tickets. I would look for it to be 50/50 even with a couple weeks' head start on selling.

Alabama fans had the biggest jump on everyone buying seccg tickets. Now the question will be who bought their tickets this week?

Ticket prices are dropping. Still expect 60-40 UGA

If anyone thinks its a home game for UGA, they are out of their mind. An extra 30 minute drive isn't gonna scare anyone off from going to the game.

Each school received around 16,000 tickets.

That means the rest of the 77,000 went to corporate sponsors, PSL’s, etc.

To be honest, I have no idea what the split will be, but UGA fans have had more time to buy tickets and if you look at photos from their game against Notre Dame, they are willing to travel and spend money.

Come on man. At least try to hide your alter.

This is not Mizzo or a game 3000 miles across the land. UGA fans will out number Auburn fans in the dome. I am not saying it will be by a lot but they have had plenty of time to obtain tickets and its a in state game.

We have played well in the dome but make no mistake, we will not have the amount of fans in the dome as UGA.

All I'm saying is we travel well and it won't be extremely UGA sided as many none Auburn fans think.

“Other SEC member schools 4600 seats”

I wonder if we have a gentlemen’s agreement with West schools for a portion of these tickets.

20000 seats are permanent ticket holders. A bunch of Bama fans have these. (I have 4). I go every year and some people just like football and will go. I sit next to a UT guy who goes every year. My LSU friend sold his the day after UGA clinched. Bama and AU fans probably held theirs until last weekend. I would assume that Bama has the most tickets, but who knows.

4600 corporates Seats: UGA will occupy more of these. 3 weeks is a head start.

All in all, I think UGA will have a majority of the seats, but by 60/40 or 55/45.

Also remember, there are many AU/UGA marriages, brothers, cousins, friends.

It certainly won’t be a home game for either team.

im guessing 60/40 as well...no way were outnumbered 70/30. but if we are it would make winning that much sweeter.

It's not the extra 30 min. it's the fact that most of the corporate tickets, which are the majority of the tickets sadly, are going to be in UGA hands.

That and the extra time. 60/40 or 61/39 is probably a good bet.

1. UGA had several weeks head start
2. Corporate allocations will favor UGA fans as the local team
3. This season is rarefied air for Georgia fans. While equally important to us, we've had a couple of pretty good years recently to "see history"

I expect it will be heavily in Georgia's favor in the stands.

Well yeah for UGA it's 30 minutes shorter, but also most of the fans residing in Georgia have a shorter drive too, most of the auburn fans coming from around the state and beyond have the longer driver. The problem mostly is due to UGA having the clinched SEC East a while ago.

I hope it is mostly UGA fans there. We gonna lock the gates, and make their people watch this beat down. After Saturday, they will know who their daddy is.
