He played like a true freshman. It was bad. Threw a pic in the end zone. Skipped a pass to a wide open Seth for what would have been the go ahead TD. Floated the wheel route. Missed wide open wrs. Threw behind wrs.

Just a bad game

Yep. Learn the most from mistakes. How he responds will speak volumes.

Hope he recovers from this. Tough loss and he will no doubt blame himself.

He was already blaming himself on the sidelines. You could see it.

He’ll get better but today was bad. He was done after that first sack.

The offensive gameplan was garbage, frankly. No adjustment, either. No personnel change. Gus played like we were in the lead. Bad coaching, worse execution.

I thought the game was slowing down for him. Today tells me it's not. He was just very inaccurate today. He still breaks out of the pocket prematurely. He still gets happy feet. We had guys open. He just missed them. Hopefully he will learn and progress.

I agree on the overall game plan. We abandoned the run too quickly in my opinion. Those few drives where we ran the ball was when Nix actually started hitting some throws.

I mean we left 20 points on the board from poor execution. It wasn’t a perfect game plan by any means but the execution was way worse.

I mean, he's kinda done this all season if people are honest

overthrowing deep balls; poor decisions, taking bad sacks

he will learn i have no doubt but I have not understood the hype that even national pundits have pushed around bo

I keep seeing this. We tried to run in the first half. We couldn't. We couldn't get third and ones. We only had run 33 plays midway through the third quarter. We didn't execute today..........and it started with the OL, IMO. Bo looked his age too.

We will never have better with this offense. Bo was damn near the top ab in the nation swap him with joe burrow and he’d be throwing 5tds a game in purple and gold. Joe burrow would in in Orange and blue looking like a fool.

They were playing another QB that was terrible instead of giving this kid a shot. Sound familiar?

Well when we made it a point to run in the second half, we opened it up. There were multiple runs by Boobie where he pressed the hole and bounced it outside. Don't know the amount of carries he had in the first half but it seemed Martin had more carries than Boobie.
