Didn't realize the offense had 431 yards that game. That's crazy to only come away with 3 points.

The Tennessee game a few weeks later was much worse

I was at the game. That's the only SEC game I've ever been to where both team's fans looked like they had just lost. No cheering from Auburn walking out of that stadium.

The wind was blowing really hard that night and made really hard to kick field goals and pass. Auburn was 1 for 3 on field goals. MSU was 0 for 2. Auburn was 14 for 26 passing. MSU was 10 for 25 passing.

I must be the only fan in the world that loved that game. I dont want to ever see another 3-2 game that's not soccer but it was so Tubs era Auburn.
