For the last 15 years, every time we have a OL coach opening Searels name gets brought up.

I’m not saying it won’t happen... but it ain’t happened yet.

This is the first time Malzahn doesn't have an available former OL coach of his to grab though...

Probably hires guys who know his system because

Everyone knows that decision is made only after we know if they are a good coach or not

Then we'll never make that decision because rarely do we ever get past whether he's a good coach or not

One thing about Searels, he sure hasn't stuck at any one place very long (except Appy State).

Every move he made was arguably upwatds until 2013, when he was ousted from Texas in the Mack Brown purge.

Richt thought enough of his time at UGA to add him to his staff at the U. I think he'd be an upgrade from a coaching standpoint.
