It could be through text. I bet that is what he was referring too

He literally said the coach told him they were going to come back and it would be special.

I don't see that conversation happening during the pregame.

Well, I do care about Utah. I have a nephew who starts for them, but I agree not needed here on our Auburn board.

I understand but many say that even though it was text or email. Heck, he could have called

I bet that's enough that alpine would blow you if you asked him to. Especially if your nephew is Polynesian.

-The changes he’s made to Auburn’s process of recruiting and extending offers.

-The importance of Auburn’s new NIL collective, On To Victory, and the important role it plays in recruiting.

-The factors that went into his decision to leave the Dallas Cowboys and take the GM position at Auburn.

Recruiting notes from KN:

— Auburn feels very optimistic in regards to Reuben Bain, the communication is strong and the feedback from Bain has been very encouraging.

— Miami is viewed as team to beat for 4* corner target Edwin Joseph. He enjoyed his visit to Auburn last weekend and is expected to OV

— Auburn and Adrian Posse are working hard on LSU WR commit Jalen Brown they're also working to get him here for a visit and one person KN talked to wouldn't be surprised if he ends up visiting. Coach Ike is leading the charge

— A prominent 7 on 7 coach visited the LSU game with his players and according to Posse he was blown away by the experience and some south Florida recruits who attended felt the same way.

— Posse seems locked on Auburn not just for football, but he wants to be a physical therapist and feels Auburn is his best option for that.

We are no longer the leader for Henderson instate '24. No game visits and few phone calls during the season.

I'm assuming we will send someone to the Battle of the Bridge game on 10/14 to see Henderson and A'mon Lane. Couple of our top instate prospects next cycle.

2025 WR Ryan Williams has committed to Alabama. He's the son of former Auburn DB Ryan Williams. The younger Williams might be the top WR in the '25 class and a top national-type prospect...

You fricking guys are killing me. Rightfully so given my peacocking. I still believe AU should have a Polynesian pipeline. Its real to me dammit!

Is he Bishop from Georgia? He's a really good safety. He'll legitimately be on awards lists this year as a soph.

KN put out an article with Intel from him and other writers so here's a breakdown:

— JLee says Auburn still pushing hard for Wedin and wouldn't be shocked if he decommits from Michigan State soon and commits to Auburn. The LSU visit made a big impression on him.

— Pink says Derick Hall and Russaw have bonded and has become a factor in his recruitment, he also met with Bo Jackson and was blown away and made a lasting impression. Coach Roc is leading the recruitment and Zac has built a relationship with him too and Auburn will continue to be in it as long as they're involved.

— Auburn is the favorite for Keyshawn Blackstock and KN is very close to putting in a pick for him.

— Auburn is making some headway with 3* Baylor OL commit Sean Thompkins and is expected to visit on the 29th, but he still feels strongly about his Baylor commitment, and we should know after his visit if he's a flip candidate. "Auburn has something to prove to him".

— Auburn is very optimistic that Darron Reed and Keldric Faulk will visit for another game and Auburn is the biggest threat for a flip.

I find it hard to follow recruiting right now knowing all of these relationships will collapse in a matter of 2 months.

Feel for KN, Christian, JLee, Cole, etc. who feel like they need to put out content but there can’t be much good news to report.

4* OL Clay Wedin decommitted from Michigan state. He’ll probably commit to Auburn soon

Auburn needs to sign 6-7 high school/JUCO guys then 3-4 transfers. The state this roster is in is downright scary.

With Wedin I don’t think coaching staff really matters either. Think it’s all about he just likes Auburn the University better

I think the numbers have moved some 15 high school 5 Juco and 10ish transfers.

OL 5/3/4
Edge 2/0/2
Linebacker 2/1/2

Then spread the rest out in transfers.
