We made it as close as possible. There haven’t been any recent CBs but I’d guess ND

Seems like the weather is a big factor here, especially for baseball. It was brought up twice in the article I read. Maybe they don't like the Jesuit BS and influence at Notre Dame?

Omari Kelly surpassed 1000 yards receiving tonight on the season and over 2k in his career

It's exciting to be involved with guys like Mykell Williams and Drayk Bowen, but we're going to have to actually win some.

Think he’s a WR, Corch?

Him and Jakobi Albert are making strong cases for sticking at WR with their senior stats

Agreed. I’m really hopeful on 2023. They’re doing all the right things and kids are saying all the right things and that’s the first class they’ll have had full control of.

I’ve always been willing to sound the alarm in recruiting. I do think they’re in a good spot to finish ‘22 off better than my expectation and to really make an impression on ‘23. Time will tell.

Bowen is such a tough pull. Gus lost a long time Florida OT commit from a catholic school 7 days after ND offered (last minute before NSD). Literally got an offer, visited the next weekend and committed the day after.

I think he can be a #3 on an SEC team at WR but think he’s better suited for Safety. However he is faster this year then previous seasons.

Drayk Bowen,
I reached out to Bowen and his Father on Twitter and told them how Jesuit techings at Notre Dame is an apostasty and against true Catholocism. I recorded a video.

I didn't do any of that.

Just don't tell him about how Auburn used to be a Methodist school

He had 5 rec, 160+ yards, 3 TDs. That’s a Randy Moss-like statline. He also said he would grade himself as a C lol I like this kid regardless what position he ends up playing for AU

He was also playing against Oak mountain. Put his stats against players even close in talent.

You guys have to understand a medium ranked 3 star at a “skill” position is going to look like a complete stud compared to most players in high school regardless of classification. Hell 2 star players dominate in high school.

That’s no knock on Omari. He’s a very good athlete and I love the Trussville kids I just call it like I see it and when you have been around SEC talent you can see it. He has SEC talent. Just think his route running top end speed hands all say safety to me. But I’ll default to the coaches.

OM is (was) the #10 7A team in the state, so they’re not just total scrubs. Though the one game I saw them play this year they didn’t look particularly sharp. I wasn’t saying he should be a receiver, I was just sharing his statline because was ridiculous and I thought him grading himself as a C was funny. We need kids like that on our team! You certainly know more about the AHSAA game than I do and I meant no contention.

He’s likely a WR out of necessity, right?

4* CB JaDarian Rhym (LSU commit) will visit for the OM game and should OV too, possibly for the Iron Bowl. Coaches saw him play this weekend.

Per KN/247.

Hoke or KN one said that the coaches are trying to make this weekend as big as the Georgia weekend as far as visitors go.
