That’s really good news. He started out rough when he returned this year but he has developed as the year went on.

He's on an emotional high right now, so I won't take that as gospel, but getting him back would be huge.

Guess people were worried he would transfer?

I saw him as a late-lottery - mid 1st round type pick. Pretty excited he's gonna come back.

Purifoy still looks uncomfortable/out of sync. Goes both ways, teammates don't necessarily look comfortable with him out there either

I'm hoping with an off-season of work/practice in the rotation and not scout team, Purifoy will look closer to 2017

He needs the offseason of his life. No reason he can’t avg 9-10+ a game then hopefully parlay it into a nice little overseas career. He’s got natural ability, just never really got in rhythm with the team this year.

I hope he really dedicates himself to improving his perimeter skills in the off-season. Having him and Okeke on the floor together at the 3 and 4 would be a matchup nightmare for our opponents

I expect Okeke to be gone though.

He's climbing up the draft boards, if he gets high enough he'd be a fool to come back. With his recent play and a good showing in the tournament I would expect him to move up.

Purifoy could be a 15 ppg guy if he regained his freshman form on offense

To take his game to the next level he needs to regain his HS Sr form. He was a slasher then and the question mark was his outside shot. Somewhere along the way he fell in love with the 3 and forgot how to put the ball on the floor. If he could add that back to his game and get his body in the shape it needs to be he is very capable of being a rd 1 pick.

Purifoy also needs to step up his defensive intensity. He will not get drafted looking like 38 yr old Lebron on D.
