None of those guys are "legit." I think a few have played average at best.
Point being that all these guys are top talents (pretty sure every one of them was top 100 recruit) that came into Eugene's program and sucked arse.

I refuse to judge any of our WR talent on this team until we get a semi-competent QB.

Given our OL recruiting over the last two seasons, how can anyone be surprised that one of them transferred? We may have had some good recruiting classes, but you can't pile that much talent at a position without having some attrition.

Not real surprised. When we signed him I was braggin on it a little to a customer friend of mine in Phoenix. He said he lived near the Westerman family and that Christian was a bit of a spoiled brat. Was surprisingly not positive about the kid at all. Contact person was a former DB at Arizona.

I'm cool with this actually. We needed to cull the herd and find out who on this team wants to bust their arse for Auburn. If Westerman or anyone else for that matter doesn't want to have that kind of commitment to the school, then best of luck in wherever they decide to go. Hope they find what they are looking for. Is it a highly ranked player coming out of high school who is leaving? Yes. Is it someone who has accomplished anything at AU so far? No.

So saying this happens, what are the ramifications for team numbers with the SEC recruiting cap?
We can still only sign 25, right? So we will still be under scholarship limits and thin at positions.
