I'm no expert by any means, but I was always taught that if something you try is failing, you keep making changes until you net better results. Bottom line, even if Gus thinks JJ preforms better in practices over White, that's not a good enough reason to keep White on the bench while JJ continues looking like a deer caught in the headlights.
