Now Harper is testing NBA waters

But not hiring an agent, so he might be gone. Let's hope he REALLY sucks the next month and projects REALLY low on NBA draft boards so he comes back next year.

Yup. Don't blame the kid for going to try and get an idea.
But, I've got a pretty good idea myself of the news he will receive.
Jared Harper will be here for two more years.

Someone enlighten me if this is surprising and why. Because Bruce said immediately at the end of the season that we have guys that will do this exact thing to get a feel for the process and gain experience

Yes it surprising to the board.
It is surprising because no one even knew we had a basketball team 5 years ago let alone had the time to learn bball early entry <> lost eligibility

I really don't see how the OP was showing surprise?
Looks like a thread sharing Harper is looking into his draft status and he hopes he doesn't get the grade he wants and returns.

He's going through the NBA draft evaluation process to find out whst NBA teams think about him. Not hiring agent so he retains eligibility. Would be a shock if he actually left. Bruce said 4-5 guys would do this
