His production is down versus last year, and the hype was over the top, he needs some focus, ask him to review Davidson or Brown tape from the game....thats a player.

It's not like hes been a game wrecker for us this year. He has 3 solo tackles with no sacks.

Daquon didn’t play because he didn’t live up practice standards as well.
Mark Murphy says Coe isn’t likely to play against LSU unless he proves himself this week. Apparently the coaches aren’t liking his effort too many times in practices and games. He also suggests the numerous defensive leaders on the team (Brown, Marlon, Dinson, Igbo), are okay with it.

Doesn’t make sense at all. He was projected first round before the season and shattered that grade to pieces.

I’m a huge Gus basher at times but I know he would not sabotage Coe from performing well and leaving early. That is insane. If true, Gus would be intentionally murdering Coe’s character and stealing millions.

RG makes the DL decisions so this has nothing to do with Gus.
Something isn't right...IMO he's made some mistake they are hiding for NFL reasons but playing time is the casualty. I guess it's possible a kid like him has suddenly gone half effort, but he's shown no signs of that in the past.

Hopefully this will light a fire under his arse and he starts playing well
But the negatiger deep down inside is mentally preparing me for him to quit the team midseason and then grad transfer back home to North Carolina and lead a top 25 tarheel defense with CamRon Kelly and Trenton Simpson

Gus being involved makes it seem like a team rules issue which would make sense why they are keeping it close to the vest.
