I think they have one more practice with coaches, and then they're on their own with the S&C coach until the fall.

I'm pretty sure they have two more this week. No media will be allowed to see any of them, though. It's either today and Wed or Wed and Friday I believe.

Summer practices are all "voluntary." Technically fall practices right before the season are in the summer, but for the sake of when most of the season occurs, most people call them fall practice.

Is it possible for the WRs work with a qb over the summer if they organize it themselves? What are the rules about informal team practices if initiated by the players?

A question about S&C: the players will be working out this summer. They have 3 months before fall camps. Just how big could they get. I guess I am looking for any previous players who went into summer workouts and emerged much bigger in such a short span or what we can expect from Russell.
