That's the curse of a 3 pt shooting team with no inside game. When those 3's go cold, it's over.

It’s wasn’t just that we were cold. We didn’t fight for any second chance points or rebounds on either end.

Terrible half... I know we wanted to rest, but wanted to win today. More pressure for next week to win two games.

Except for the part where we've won some 10+ games where we've hit less than 10 3FG or shot 33.3% or worse

Maybe when the other team outrebounds you by >10, have a +5 foul differential and shoots 60% 2FG including circus shots you are going to lose

Yeah this was more than just a team being cold. We have played over 30 games so far and had plenty of runs during the season where we were cold and never lost like this.

I think we Sexton started off as hot as he did and we couldn't make a shot we started forcing up bad shots to get back into it. It also appeared at some point that we just gave up.

Sucks that we couldn't validate our season with a few SEC tourney wins, but at least we will get one more shot in the actually tournament and will be rested. I just really hope we don't come out rusty next week.

In so many games this year Auburn has been a team of two different half's. Today was different in that we stunk it up in the 2nd half instead of the usual 1st.

IMO, this game came down to motivation. It was basically like an exhibition game to us. And an undersized, undermanned team can't afford to treat it like such. We have had success this year because of balls to the wall effort.

I hate to say it........we are a different team since the injury. What was once promising has gone down the shitter.

Team is done. They have curled up in the corner and faded away.... The end of the season will kill the good feeling we got from the rest of the season.

The players quit today and Bruce did nothing to slow the freshman down. Should have put two guys on him till someone else started hurting us

Total and absolute failure

Eh we usually bounce back after embarrassing losses. Heres to hoping we somehow luck up and make it to the second weekend and Bama gets bounced in the first round.

This isn’t the same team pre Mclemore. About all there is to it.

No it isn't. All you guys sitting around with your fingers crossed waiting for the "month ago", Auburn team to show up, you are going to be disappointed..

That team is gone. I hate it because they were fun to watch... Hopefully, we can learn something from the end of the year collapse and get things rolling next year...
