We’ve got 4 big ones left. All 4 have weaknesses and we get 2 at home. Dare we hope to get 3 wins in that group?

We might be better than I thought. We’re battling hard to split those 4 games though

Bama and LSU have issues on defense. UF is beatable and I don’t have a feel for UGA

I think we match up better vs UF and UGa. Bama and LSU’s passing games are going to be tough if we can’t get more pressure with 4. At least our tackling has been on point.

Tonight felt like the Arkansas game in 2017 where we just exploded on offense. It’s amazing to see the progress Nix has made in just 5 games.

We beat Bama in '17 due in no small part to our ability to bring pressure with 4. So far, I just don't see us getting there, and of course their passing attack is a much bigger deal these days. Going to need a better pass rush to have success against them or LSU. But, yes, we are a good football team.

This defense is an edge rusher away from being elite. That and turnovers, we’ve got to figure out a way to get some.

Bama and LSU really worry me. Their defenses aren’t great but I definitely don’t want to get into a shootout with them, and I have a feeling that’s what both will turn into.

AU is ahead of Bama and LSU on defense. We are slightly ahead of UGA on D.

UGA is different from LSU and Bama in that they actually run the ball well, but Fromm isn't quite there with Tua and Burrow.

So UGA is a lot like AU imo. Run the ball, better defense.

We just need to run the ball well and keep their O's off the field as much as possible.

The OL looks better every game. Bo looks better every game. We aren't getting a lot of sacks but our DL is putting pressure on the opposing QB. If we keep improving, we could be a very dangerous team.

That’s definitely the way you beat them. There is a reason Saban is freaking out about TOP in press conferences after blowouts.

LSU and Bama won't be able to just sit and wait for WRs to get open. Should be fun. Can't wait.

If we had an edge rusher I would feel much better about both games. We are gonna have to blitz to cause pressure, which means we better disguise it well. If you show Tua what you’re doing presnap the guy is unbeatable.

This cannot be said enough. I yearn for the days of having a Derrick Brown in the interior pushing the interior into the QB’s lap and a Dee Ford closing in on the outside.

One good thing the Dline does do though is bat quick passes down. That’s Tua’s bread and butter, so hopefully they can knock those quick throws down.

We might have one but we can’t tell because he can’t seem to wait for the snap.

Was hoping Coe would develop into one, but although he’s been solid, he’s basically turned into a not quite as good version of Davidson.

Y’all need to go check out the Auburn thread on Florida Board.

They are trying really hard to convince themselves we haven’t played anyone like them except for one bloke who seems logical.

We still have a few hurdles to overcome for this D to be considered anywhere close to "elite". As mentioned before, we have to get pressure from the edge, period. Our DBs also have to step their game up a bit. LBs have tackled lights out and are playing great, but Pappoe needs to take that next step. I know he's a true freshman, and he's done well, but he still over runs a lot of plays, and looks like a lost ball in high weeds in coverage a lot of times.

Lawd, I'm gonna get banned if Nix has a better day than Trask.
