He may not be good at his job, but that doesn't make him a POS... it just makes you look like a douche bag.

I don't think JJ is a bad guy, in fact he seems like a good Auburn Man.
He's also an excellent example of the Peter Principle. He simply has no valid qualification for being the AD at a major university, and he hasn't learned enough on the job to justify continuing in that role.
Save your rancor for the people who put him in this position, and have been calling the shots at AU for years. They are the ones responsible.

Nah, he's done some good things and he's done some bad things. He's not the anti-Christ some of you make him out to be. I do think he needs to seek other employment.
