Some type of assistant per Marcello's twitter. Most likely an off the field role.

I like it. Any help we can get with the OL I will take.

I think he might be our next OL coach.

He's been living in Auburn since he retired from the NFL, I think. Nice family.

For clarification, I mean probably after next season. I’m wondering if this is Grimes’ last go around before retiring. I think he’d like to see this returning line through and this is a good setup for a guy like Simmons to learn the job

Interesting idea for sure. I don't necessarily dislike it, but I'm not sure how good of a coach Simmons is at the same time. It would make sense to get him in early and learning on the job now if that was the case though.

I don't know if you're serious or not. Played for Auburn, 1st round pick, played for the Steelers and won a couple of Superbowls

Not sure how good of a coach he is either but he’s going to be a ridiculous recruiter if he gets the chance. The guy is like a magnet.

He’s a 2x super bowl champion, been in a band, and now he’s super fit after a very public diabetes issue that he does a lot of advocacy for.
