I think the way we finish this season will be a big factor. If we lose one of our next two games, I could see several players that could go to the NFL come back for a chance to win a Championship. There are a lot of juniors in this team, and the team could be loaded next year depending on who all comes back. Win out and they ride off into the NFL as a champion. Win. Win. IMO.

The IB is not enough for you guys to worry about this week?
At least it's not another "Gus to Arkie" thread.

It's tricky decision for him. Does he come back to prove he's not injury prone or does he go to not risk being injured? Only time will tell.

Oh I agree. Kerryon is just quickly becoming one of my favorite Auburn running backs. I love the way he runs. Patient yet aggressive. Elusive and powerful. I would love to watch him run one more year, but that is the least of my concerns right now. I just hope I get to see him run for 150 against Bama.

A good reason to come back would be a potential Heisman campaign next year.

I'm not sure his draft status would be much higher. Not to mention we lose some good OLinemen. The unselfish side of me says take the $

I agree and I think he goes to the NFL, but it sure would be nice to have him for one more year.

for year.
Got it.
But if he was saying he was leaving can't blame any RB for leaving college early.

KJ has certainly impressed me this year. Didn't know if he could pull being the 30 runs/game type of back with success. He certainly has been that for us though.
Seems like an awesome young man. Would hate to see him leave early. If everyone stayed this year, we would be damn good next year.

Certainly couldn't blame him for leaving. Pettway is probably wishing he left last year. There are a lot of good RB in this class. Might be prudent to come out next year

If he goes and Pettway come back, Lanier will be happy and be here to talk about it
You can count on that
Pettway for Heisman

Under Gus, we always have a good running game.
I sure would miss KJ though, watching him run is awesome.
It is not just the way he runs though, everything about the guy screams competitor. We would be blessed to have him another year, and any NFL team would be lucky to have him.
