Who gives a shite? If the kid was committed to Trooper and not Auburn, best of luck to him following Trooper wherever he goes.

It's not like Taylor can't exist on a staff that's producing physical, disciplined football teams.... he was on UTs staff under Fulmer when they were one of, if not the, best running/physical teams in the SEC/country.

Every staff needs recruiters... we just better hire us some real quick.

Can't wait to see what the next wr coach can do with out talent. The year after he left Tennessee, Lucas Taylor and Gerald jones had the best seasons of their career and when he left ok st, Justin Blackmon turned into the player he was. Troop damn sure knew how to recruit them, but as a coach, he's one of the worst in the biz.

I disagree. Strongly

We've had some good wide receivers, and he even turned a qb into one. I think this is one of those things that just because it's said a lot everyone started to beleive it.

No one was going to coach that lazy arse deangelo benton to be anything.

not saying he was the best, and recruiting was certainly his number one job, but worst in the business, good grief.

Troop was a better receivers coach than Auburn had under Tubs.

No doubt there. But Knox was one of the worst I've ever seen, so not saying much there. That being said, Trooper is a middle of the road coach, not worst in the SEC quality.

Really? Aromashadu, obamanu, ct, nix, rod smith, were all better than any wr under troop IMO. With the exception of Darvin maybe. And he was recruited by tubs

I think some of those guys were elite WR talent that Tub's staff did very little to develop.

I'm not saying that Trooper was outstanding, I'm saying Knox was terrible.

Kinda like trovon, Benton, and quan? Atleast tubs players produced. We haven't seen shite from a trooper wr other than Emory and his whole life he's had an nfl qb throwing him passes.

Yeah. First two years under tubs both learned then trooper got to take over two sec ready wrs. What wr has trooper made better since he got here? None.

What? Kodi made 3 key catches in his time at auburn. The kid had determination and work ethic, and again, a tubs recruited player. He was not an elite wr.

it seems clear that anything positive that happend with/to our receivers was done in spite of or before trooper and everything negative is unequivocally his fault.

What's not true? Kodi was not an elite wr. He made two clutch catches in the 2010 iron bowl and one in the championship game. I'm forever grateful for the type of man kodi was, but to say he was a good wr is just funny. Obamanu and aromashadu put up just as good number as anyone in an offense that was based around running and ran probably 20 less plays a game. To say trooper is a good wr coach is just laughable. Was he a great recruiter, hell yeah, but he did nothing to improve our wr corps
